The Miele and Mandorla apartments are located within the farm’s ancient buildings, restored using organic methods. The interiors exude the typical atmosphere of a country house, with solid wood furniture and simple, functional objects. Both apartments combine simplicity and comfort, featuring a carefully and lovingly equipped kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning, private bathroom, towels, sheets, and blankets. Outside, you’ll find furnishings so you can relax and enjoy your meals surrounded by the sounds and scents of our greenery. Our three COTTAGES—Melograno, Terebinto, and Olivo—are made entirely of solid wood, well-insulated with wood panels, ventilated roofs, and crawl spaces, and are built according to the bio-ecological architecture methods that owner Vincenzo has mastered over the years. These methods were used to maintain a comfortable internal temperature and to avoid the use of synthetic chemicals in the structure, paints, furniture, and finishes.
The cottages are scattered throughout the property, sheltered by the silence and scents of the surrounding nature, evoking the feel of a country village.
Inside, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bright bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette and a single bed. There is also an outdoor veranda with a table and benches for relaxing and dining, overlooking the olive trees.
